In the United Kingdom the Government printer tenders in competition with private firms and,if private enterprise can beat him, it gets the work. It seems to me that this

jail printing may well be uneconomical and it might be as well to obtain full details about it and obtain technical advice. But perhaps

this is hardly the occasion to raise the

point.
